<Set> Send current parameters immediately to the

817 Bioscan. Parameters are not stored in

the system file (*.smt) as long as the file is

not saved.

Operations

Caption Possibility to enter a title which is written on

top of the scan mode graphics window.

The current date and time are added to the

title defined in the

Caption field.

State Display of current state.

<Start> Start scan mode sweep.

<Stop> Stop scan mode sweep.

<Save Datapoints> Opens the 'Save as…'-dialogue to save the

datapoints in a *.csv-file.

<Copy to clipboard> Copy the content of the scan mode graph-

ics window to the clipboard.

The Links tab of the 817 Bioscan is used for COM port selection

and settings (details see section 5.2.4 Links).
